To say that the first few months of 2019 were torrid for EMB records is an understatement. The record label saw the exit of its major artistes that include Mr Seed, David Wonder and Weezdom, exits that were marked with bitterness and scandal.
As he exited EMB Records, Weezdom claimed that Diana Marua forced him out of Bahati’s life and record label. He claimed that Mama Majesty changed Bahati and made life unbearable for him.
These claims were like adding fuel to fire as Diana Marua was already getting cyberbullied after Mr Seed left the record label in a huff because the Bahatis had called the cops on his pregnant girlfriend.
Months after his acrimonious exit, Weezdom has made a humble comeback to EMB records. A comeback that has been one of his most divisive actions yet as some fans feel that he is ungrateful for exiting DJ Sadic’s label that took him in when he was wandering in the desert.
Others have felt that this is a good move for his career and have warmly welcomed him back to EMB records. Surprisingly even after he slandered her, Diana Marua has given him a warm welcome as he seeks to revamp his career at EMB.
“Walk this path with Pride and May His Love be revealed through you,” wrote Diana with Weezdom replying “Amen Mama Heaven. Thanks for everything. God bless you.”
