Kenya Power announce a 24 hour maintenance of prepaid service

Kenya Power has announced a whole day maintenance of the prepaid power system starting next week.

The maintenance will resume on Tuesday April 9^th 11:00 pm and end on Wednesday 10^thApril at 6:00pm.

Customers have been advised by Kenya Power to purchase their tokens early to avoid inconveniences caused during the maintenance.

Other challenges that customers will experience during the process will be the inability to purchase tokens through pay bill number 888880 and via other prepaid vending services.

Kenya Power however clarified that the exercise will not affect postpaid customers and services.
