Just like Lupita Nyong’o said in her legendary speech, your dreams are valid, never give up on them.
Jeff Koinange, who was voted the Top Journalist of the Year 2019 finally met his match on Wednesday night. Joseph Ngare Ndegwa finally made it to national news yesterday after his sensational ‘Jeff Koinange impression video went viral earlier in the week.
The class five student from Olulunga Day Primary School in Narok County excited netizens when his imitation video made rounds online. In the video, not only does the young boy sound like Jeff Koinange when reading the news, but he also mimicks the host’s posture.
The video caught the attention of Churchill Ndambuki among other big names who lobbied for Jeff’s attention. Clearly Jeff heard the cries of the nation.
Appearing together for the first time, Jeff and his 11-year-old mini him excited Kenyans with a powerful performance on JKLive on Wednesday night.
Listening to both of them speak, you would think it is the same man only years apart. Joseph exudes confidence unlike most of his peers. He revealed that he started watching Jeff Koinange in action earlier in the year. That guided his decision to want to be just like him, a journalist.
