Mdee was explaining why she has been away from music for a while. She said that for the thirteen years that she has been in the industry, she has never taken a break.
She felt it was the right time to do so as she had found love in the best place and was hence using the time to spend with him.

Mdee played it low till when she was spotted with Rotimi and on being interviewed she confessed of being love partners.
