How Uhuru’s Phone Call Saved Tanga Tanga; Family Receives Cyrus Omondi’s Body & Should Ruto Be Worried Over Fake Tender Scam?

Good morning,

We hope you are still in a relationship despite missing Valentine’s to attend the men’s conference. A lot has been said about Kenyan women but for all their ills, they are the most forgiving species on earth.

A Kenyan woman will only leave if you are irredeemable. So if you are single, the question you should be asking yourself is was the conference worth it or it was just hype? What did you discuss?

At the moment, the Kenyan man is an endangered species. Men are going through things they can’t share with anyone. On Sunday, a University of Nairobi don was found dead in his rural home in Bondo.

Prof Gilbert Ogutu’s body was found hanging in his bedroom. Though the cause of death is yet to be established, family and friends claim he could have committed suicide.

The Professor has been going through a lot since losing his first wife a few years ago.

Depression in men should have dominated the discussions at the men’s conference. Unfortunately, Kenyan men rarely talk about the issues that affect them, even at this conference you chose to share memes.

What is depression? If you send her fare and she switches off her phone, would what you feel be considered depression? In Africa, we are so afraid of talking about our mental issues because the only mental illness we know is madness.

It is even worse for men. Toxic masculinity cannot allow them to share what is ailing them.

Mzee Jackson Kibor, the patron of the men’s conference is famous for divorcing his two wives. They had been together for more than 40 years.

Is this the reason Kibor stayed for so long or was he just selfish? More importantly, can this be classified as one of the ways to fight depression?
