Murang’a Women Representative Hon Sabina Chege has embraced the ingrained tendency of hopping in political alliances.
Just a few weeks, Hon Sabina Chege was alleged to have joined the Kieleweke Team which is opposed to Deputy President William Ruto presidency.
The claims of Hon Sabina Chege to have joined Team Kieleweke became loud and vibrant following the canceling of DP Ruto’s Murang’a prayer meeting.
Murang’a Woman Representative Sabina Chege confirmed that political temperatures forced the organisers to cancel the meeting.
She said although she was not part of the coordinating team, it was feared that politics would cloud the real intentions of the function.
“Since the meeting could be seen to antagonise President Uhuru Kenyatta, it was postponed to a day that would be communicated. Although there was no such an agenda, people might interpret it in the wrong way,” said Ms Chege.
Ms Chege comments sold her to Team Kieleweke.
But Hon Sabina Chege has made a u-turn on her political path. She has boldly stated that she is part of Jubilee and not any political alliance.
Ms Chege has only asked the two leaders to act in unity in order to forge a better condition for Kenyans.
