How much do you know about producer behind Wasafi’s hits?
s2Kizzy aka Zombie is a producer, composer, and musician from Pluto studio but working with Wasafi Classic Baby record label (WCB) in Tanzania.
He is behind many hits that has seen Wasafi artists get world wide recognition.
He started off as a beat maker in high school until he joined University to take a degree in Human Resource management.
However, he deferred his classes to pursue his passion for music an later joined Diamond Platinumz’s owned media.
To the shock of his fans, his mother does not know that he left school to concentrate on music.
He learnt his producing skills from following up beat makers and he did not go to music school.
His long term friend Countryboy was the first artiste to pay him a good deal after working on his Ahaa hit.
S2kizzy has worked with International musicians, the likes of Casper Nyovest, Patoranking, Nast C among other artists.
He is also known for working in the biggest hit of Tetema by Rayvanny which took Africa by surprise.
Tetema has 16 million views on Youtube in three months and Rayvanny hinted on working on the remix.
Being the main man behind Tetema, S2kizzy has the rights of the beats and he was paid 868 US Dollars.
During an interview with Wasafi FM, he was surprised by Rayvanny with a car for making Tetema hit.
He also doubles up as a musician and has so far performed a couple of songs including Pochi Nene which was a 2018 hit.
