If you love playing games on Facebook, the platform’s latest redesign will come as music to your ears.
Facebook has announced that it’s rolling out a dedicated Facebook Gaming tab in the main navigation bar, where users can discover, play and share games.
In a blog about the update, Vijaye Raji, VP of Gaming at Facebook, said: “The centerpiece of the Facebook Gaming tab is a feed where you can quickly and easily find content that matters most to you.”

Within this new feed, users can play Instant Games, watch gaming videos an connect with gaming groups.
Mr Raji added: “As we learn from the community, we’ll test new experiences in the tab, add more types of gaming content, and improve our content recommendations over time.”
The Gaming tab is currently being rolled out to a ‘small subset’ of users, and over time will be expanded to more users.

Facebook is also testing a standalone Facebook Gaming app on Android, and will decide whether to roll this out further based on feedback from gaming communities.
