The Dam Scandal has brought Both Deputy President William Ruto and Hon Raila Odinga is loggerheads.
Both leaders have in recent times sending words of attack to each other.
Hon Raila Odinga in the 6th Devolution Conference referred to DP Ruto as a thief using a tale. But he also urged DP Ruto to allow the offices vested with Investigative role to do their work.
But DP Ruto is not yet done. In a similar tone, he has also attacked Raila telling him to present his evidence to the the office of the Director Of Criminal Investigation in Karura.
“To those who know anybody who has stolen or misappropriated public funds, instead of shouting in funerals, fundraisers or conferences, they should submit their petitions to investigating institutions either in Karura or Valley Road…”
Ruto has also rubbished claims of formation of a regional government in the calls for referendum.
