The Red Devils saw off the French champions with a dramatic 3-1 win, advancing to the quarter-finals.

This was the first time in the Champions League’s history a team has come back from 2-0 down in the first leg.

Several pundits had written off United’s chances ahead of the Parc des Princes clash.

One of them was Craig Burley, who made more than 100 appearances for Chelsea.

And footage has re-emerged of his prediction ahead of the Champions League clash.

In the clip, a question has been sent in by a fan, asking if United can beat PSG based on their recent performance.

And Burley makes his opinion very clear.

The 47-year-old bursts out laughing at the idea of the Red Devils winning.

Fellow pundits Steve Nicol and Gabriele Marcotti look on awkwardly at the Scot holds his head back while laughing.

This clip was shared on Reddit just after full time in Paris.

And the United faithful took their chance to slam the pundit’s prediction.

“Piece of s***,” one supporter said.

Another commented: “Burley is a joke.

While a third simply said; “He’d say United were lucky.”

This comes as fans demanded a statue of Solskjaer at Old Trafford after his antics at the post-match press conference.

And they demanded seeing a club legend return to United
