Sonko threatens to bring down Uhuru’s billboard hanging in the city within seconds

Over this week, the Nairobi County government started bringing down billboards that haven’t complied with City hall on the set regulations. On Tuesday, several billboards were destroyed along Waiyaki way.

However, one of the residents of Nairobi passed an issue of concern to Governor Mike Sonko trough twitter, concerning a billboard hanging precariously above Ring Road.

The billboard had an advertisement of brookside milk, which is one of the companies owned by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The resident who termed the billboard as hazardous said that it was evident the people behind it had no any structural plan.

He urged Sonko to help avoid a disaster.

In response to the post, Sonko said his government shall not condone impunity of any kind in Nairobi City.

He angrily said that the billboard will go down in a few seconds.
