Akothee Calls upon Kenyans to support initiative that will reduce congestion in maternity wards

Kenyan Singer Akothee has called upon Kenyans to support an initiative of setting up a hospital structure in Kisumu in order to reduce congestion in
maternity wards.

Akothee says that the last time she visited a maternity ward in Kisumu , mothers were sharing beds.

She asked her followers if the could join hands and put up at least 1 building for the mothers.

Basing her calculation on her Instagram followers, Akothee stated that if they contributed just 100 Ksh per person they will have 100,000,000 and they can complete and unfinished building and equip it with all what the mothers need to be sad.

Akothee also says that she already has an architect who has volunteered to do the drawings and supervise at no cost.

The musicians called upon Kenyans to support this course which will be of benefit to the mothers.
