Deputy President William Ruto has denied reports that the Sh21 billion allocated to Arror, Kimwarer dams has vanished.
The DP said that only 7 billion shillings was in question and every coined has been accounted for.
“You have heard that the government has lost Ksh.21 billion in Kimwarer and Arror dams which is a flat lie. The money in question is about Ksh.7 billion and for every coin that has been paid, we have a bank guarantee,” he said
Speaking at the State Of The Judiciary workshop at the Supreme Court, Nairobi, the DP warned against the growing narrative that anything the government does is corrupt.
