Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has today shared his vision of a city with International Standards Roads.
The Nairobi County officials today were accompanied by members of the fourth estate and Nairobi MCAs, to touring the ongoing road projects within the County.
The officials also supervised the ongoing Construction of new Donholm road.
The Governor stated that he will not allow any contractor to do shoddy work.
He added that the county pays them millions of shillings, therefore, the projects being undertaken must meet the required international standards.
In the ongoing construction of the roads, contractors have also designed drainage systems for easy flow of floods water during the rainy season.
Sonko also revealed that his county government will also deploy flusher machines for unclogging of the drainage systems.
