Female parliamentarians have vowed to boycott the referendum calls in reaction to the gender bill that flopped again yesterday for the fourth time.
Wednesday, the MPs were to pass the gender bill that majorly advocates for a third of positions be reserved for women.
After the house failed tp meet the minimum quorum, the speaker declared that it has lost.
Now led by Alice Wahome, Kandara MP, the female parliamentarians say that they will abscond the calls to amend the constitution.
Alice also blamed House Majority Leader Aden Duale for the fate of the controversial gender bill.
