Boxer Jarrel Miller Reveals His Tactical Preparation Ahead of Joshua Fight

Jarrell Miller says he intends to fly Daniel Dubois out to his US camp for sparring in the coming months.

Miller will challenge Anthony Joshua for the unified world titles on June 1 and is in talks to recruit one of the UK’s best young heavyweight prospects to be part of his preparations.

When asked if he’ll be sparring any bigger guys than himself as potential prep for the AJ fight, Miller said: “Bigger than me?

“Yeah, there’s no guys bigger than me, that’s not possible at this point.

“And for him [Joshua] to find guys as big as me that can move like me is not happening because there is none.

“So I’m a fan of his. Me and his team are talking. I’m gonna see what he brings to the table and bring him to camp.”

Dubois is 9-0 (8 KOs) at just 21 years of age. His next bout is on March 8 against Razvan Cojanu.

After that, he will be free to potentially fly out and spar with Miller, just as he did with Alexander Povetkin before his defeat to AJ last year.
