Having completed his signing from French Ligue 1 youth side Amiens to Manchester United this week, Noam Emeran has revealed that he signed for the Red Devils because they were ‘more convincing’.
The 16-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half year deal at Old Trafford after catching the eye of United scouts while representing Ligue 1 side Amiens at youth level. Emeran follows in the footsteps of another French starlet to make the move to Manchester in recent times in Aliou Traore.
In an interview with Le Parisien, Emeran revealed why he signed for Manchester United amid interest from Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain, “Manchester has been more convincing than PSG and Barcelona. The choice was reflected in family, accompanied by my lawyer, Mr. Badou Sambagué.”
