Ugandan dictator President Yoweri Museveni is back again. This time he has given a shoot to kill order for Pokots and Turkana pastoralists.
It seems Museveni, whose thirst for killing innocent people has led him to Kenya. The President is known to use soldiers to kill and maim people at will. Last year, he send his soldiers to crash pop star musician cum politician Bobi Wine.
Wine had to seek medication in US after his balls were crashed during more than one week in detention. And now Museveni wants to do the same thing to Kenyans who cross over to Uganda.
His government has issued a shoot-to-kill order for herders who cross over from Kenya. According to the old man, Pokots and Turkanas are the cause of cattle rustling.
State Minister for Karamoja Affairs, Moses Kizige explained that while the Ugandan government had disarmed Karamojong warriors, armed Pokot and Turkana cattle rustlers from Kenya threatened their security.
“The government didn’t disarm the Karimojong to allow armed pastoralists from neighbouring countries to disturb them. We shall now start killing them to save the lives of our harmless people in Karamoja,” he announced.
It is not clear, how they will be able to differentiate cattle rustlers and innocent civilians.
