The Singer counts as a gospel artist who has expressed the freedom in his music career despite the backlash that he faces from his fans.
Willy Paul has had collabos with secular artists Cecile, Nandy, Alaine and this year he is set to drop collabos with Jamaican star Samantha J and WCB artist Rayvanny.
Kenyans however raise concern on how it is possible to work on songs that seemingly do not exalt God.
Willy Paul speaking on a local TV station says that God is all about love and the songs he sings with secular artists are about love.
The artist still sounds to be among the singers with such a huge following.
Willy Paul also responded to his haters saying that the more they reject him, he gets the strength to work even harder in his music career.
He also added saying that to his haters they should also understand that what you do to others is likely to come bite you back.
The artist has been thankful to his loyal fans who cheer him on and celebrate him.
Many call him out for being a gospel artist but the Singer has been keen to ask people not to judge him if they do not know his journey.
When he started his music career, he sang alongside Gloria Muliro and this has for the longest time been a reference point for many of his followers.
