Chelsea forward Lucas Piazon is set to complete another loan switch away from Stamford Bridge, joining Serie A bottom club Chievo until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old has flown to Italy to undergo a medical, according to Sky Sports Italy, as he prepares for a sixth stint out on loan.
Piazon, who has played for Malaga, Vitesse, Eintracht Frankfurt, Reading and Fulham in his six years with the Blues, has only six months remaining on his contract.
