Former Tahidi High actress Sarah Hassan, alias Tanya has shaded some light on how she met with her husband Martin Dale. Tanya, who was once one of the most popular actresses in Kenya has revealed she first met her hubby at a gym in ABC Place, Westlands.
Speaking in an interview with Kalekye Mumo, Tanya claimed she had gone to the gym to work out when she bumped into Dale who swept her off her feet, and beforre she knew it, they were dating. “We actually met at the Gym at the ABC place.”
Tanya said when asked where she met her hubby. The heavily pregnant thespian also used the opportunity to share about her engagement, and how romantic her man was and has been romantic. According to the lass, the whole thing was a huge surprise as she was not expecting Dale to go down on one knee that soon.
”We dated for a short while so one day we were to go to an event and the apartment we used to live in had a restaurant, so he suggested that we have a bottle of wine, so we go in and am wondering, there was a nice set up at the table we were going to use.
I thought it was for some other people who had booked, it was full of roses, candle light, so I thought it was for other couples or we did not call to book, then he pretends to ask the waiter if we can use the table, then we are there just having a glass of wine and there was like a pack in the middle, and I was ignorant coz it was written in Spanish.” Tanya said.
”So he is always this surprise, romantic guy, then he goes down on his knees to propose, I didn’t see it coming. Later on at the event all our friends were there,” she added. We understand Tanya is currently expectant and is looking forward to pop up her baby with Dale.
