Ruto who has had along working relationship with Moses Kuria is said to have condemned the way the MPs expressed their concerns to the president saying that Jubilee members must use appropriate mechanism to channel matters concerning the ruling government and avoid unnecessary negative debate that only undermine the party , the party leadership and the President.

Deputy President William Ruto has however said he will work with all leaders irrespective of their political affiliations. He noted that development will be elusive if leaders are not united.

“As MCAs (members of county assemblies), you are leaders at the grassroots who are well placed to help the Government implement its development projects, especially the Big Four agenda. We will work together for the sake of now and the future,” he said.

He was responding to MCAs who vowed to oppose any move to interfere with devolution in case of a referendum.
