Unai Emery will name a rotated Arsenal starting XI to face Vorskla in their Europa League opener at the Emirates tonight.

The Spanish boss has a rich history in the European competition, lifting the trophy three times in consecutive years with Sevilla between 2014 and 2016.

Emery will be keen to make an impact during his first season with the club by adding a fourth Europa League title to his tally, but he isn’t likely to risk his key men in the early stages.

Arsenal are set to stick with a 4-2-3-1 system, and teenage sensation Emile Smith-Rowe could be in line to make his competitive debut.

The young attacking midfielder has caught the eye of Emery and was handed a long-term contract extension in the summer.

The 18-year-old scored an equaliser for the first team during a 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid in a friendly clash, but was missing from the U23s squad to face Blackburn on Monday. He could be flanked by Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan with Danny Welbeck leading the line.
