Relegated Premier League side West Brom is willing to sell Craig Dawson and Jay Rodriguez but club’s must pay over £20m for each player.
Burnley have reportedly offered £25m for the pair.
Bournemouth are also interested in Rodriguez, who scored 11 goals last season as the Baggies were relegated from the Premier League.
