Chelsea are said to be interested in signing Higuain if Juventus indicate he is available this summer. Juve spent £75m on the striker two summers ago but a transfer after the World Cup could be on the cards. It is claimed that Chelsea may be willing to offer Alvaro Morata to use as part of a sweetener to bringing Higuain to Stamford Bridge. The Argentine striker is aware of the interest in his services and has cast doubt over his future. When asked whether or not he would like to play in the Premier League, he responded by saying”The Premier League? Of course, I like it, it’s the most beautiful league in the world and I’d like to play in it.” Higuain could be available for £52m this summer, a big valuation drop on what Juventus paid for him just two years ago.
