From the catastrophic financial costs of cancer treatment, low funding towards cancer prevention and treatment as well as the lack of adequate cancer diagnosis and treatment facilities in our country, have made Kenyans to compel President Uhuru Kenyatta to declare it a National Disaster.
West Pokot governor John Lonyangapuo among leaders who want the president to declare cancer a national disaster. Do you agree with this?#KTNMorningExpress @michaelggitonga @TrixIngado pic.twitter.com/hYQXjW2E9E

For God sake, for how long will Kenyans continue perishing because of this deadly disease?
Ordinary Kenyans are really suffering. They die painfully.

The country is losing over 100 people to cancer every day, due to lack of treatment, misdiagnosis due to lack of proper diagnostic equipment as well as recommendations on the previous NCD report that haven’t been implemented to date.
ESTHER WAMBUI ,Who was chased by @KNH_hospital after she failed to pay 1950/= died of cancer 2 weeks ago. As we mourn Ken Okoth , Bob Collymore & Dr. Joyce Laboso, let us remember her and many ordinary Kenyans who die daily of cancer. We need serious policy on cancer. #RIPLaboso

Kenyans have said enough is enough, no more losing their loved ones to cancer. Cancer must be made a priority by President Uhuru Kenyatta declaring it a National Disaster.
The best way to Honor Hon. Ken Okoth and Joyce Laboso is to:-
-Declare Cancer a National Disaster
-Build a Cancer Research and Facility Centre in Every County
-Legalize Medical Marijuana(#LegalizeIt)
-Inspect the Food Kenyans Consume
-Spread Cancer awareness#RIPLaboso
