Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka will miss this years celebrations of Madaraka Day which is being held in Narok County for the first time.
Other leaders including the ODM leader Raila Odinga and ANC Leader Musalia Mudavadi have made their way into Narok County to join the Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta in leading the country at the National 56th Madaraka Day Celebrations.

Kalonzo Musyoka was appointed as new head of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC) on peace in South Sudan.
Mr Musyoka replaced former Botswana President Festus Mogae, who stepped down from the helm of JMEC.
This time round Mr Kalonzo Musyoka has been sent to Democratic Republic of Congo where he is representing President Uhuru Kenyatta and the country at the burial of the country’s former Prime Minister Etienne Tshisekedi father to President Felix Tshisekedi.

He was seen off by senior WDM-K officials led by the party Secretary-General, Senator Judith Sijeny.”
Prior to his departure, the former VP held a closed-door meeting with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who was arriving from Addis Ababa,” Sijeny said in a statement.Mr Musyoka is expected back on Sunday.
