Nairobi Gov Mike Sonko team swiftly dived into action to assist a young lady who was delivering a baby by the roadside in Nairobi on Monday morning.
The expectant Jane Kwamboka, 22 was allegedly heading to Kisii where she expected to deliver her baby but she experienced labour pains when by the road.
After her sad plight was shared on social media Sonko rescue team rushed to the scene and helped her before transferring her to Pumwani Hospital for proper post-delivery services.

This comes after a homeless woman gave birth at Nairobi’s Uhuru park unassisted in March.
