Kenyans on twitter have trolled Nairobi women representative Esther Passaris over her suggestion on taking over JKIA buffer zone land.
The legislator was returning from an official tour in South Africa shared a video on her tweeter handle.
“Excellent landing and service as we returned from SA. I pondered as I captured the approach on the ‘idle land’ around the capital. Presient Uhuru and Governo Sonko Lets build ‘decanting sites’ on unutilised land to deliver the Housing Agenda,” Passaris appealed.

She further stated that taking over the land would help the country deliver the Housing Agenda in “an organized and humane manner”.
However, netizens did not spare her for alleged ignorance given that the land in-question lies on JKIA’s flight path.
That's fright path and should remain as it is

Was Hon Passari ignorant was she trying to pull our legs?
Airport buffer zone land is left idle due to the hazards it poses including major noise pollution by planes landing and taking off and possible emergency crashes in the flight approach corridor.

Flight paths are left clear for security, safety, environmental and other reasons. You sure don’t want to be shot down on descend/takeoff…🐲. On the ground you can’t stop or park on a flight path, they will come for you! No, flight paths are not idle land Mheshimiwa.
