Kenyans on Twitter have had a lot to say after High Court Stopped the prosecution of Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu on Wednesday 29 August.
Mwilu prosecution was temporally suspended up to October 9 until constitutional issues are resolved.
The DCJ, who was arrested on Tuesday over alleged over alleged corruption claims, abuse of office and tax evasion, was arraigned Wednesday morning before the Anti-Corruption Court to take plea.
Chacha mwita. Isn't this the same judge who was honoured with an award for the most ridiculous ruling the other day by his ruling in a rape case where he had blamed the victim for being raped. A minor for that matter #RogueJudiciary

And some chose to remain WOKE over the whole scenario
After failing to capture IEBC using Connie and her crooks they want now to CAPTURE THE JUDICIARY using Lawrence Mugambi even after High Court Judge Chacha Mwita ruling otherwise!.. we are woke. LET JUSTICE PREVAIL for DCJ Philomena Mwilu #DCJMwiluInCourt

The war is already lost….
The DPP lost the so-called "war on corruption" when he decided to prosecute NYS 2 before Prosecuting NYS 1. After reading the charge sheet for DCJ Mwilu, it is quite obvious her arrest was more political than criminal; and Chacha Mwita's decision was not entirely unexpected.

While the feeling of betrayal was felt here….
Chacha Mwita betrays Kenyan Justice just to protect 'their' own.
Corruption will live forever.

Agreed or disagreed?
I totally agree with Lawrence Mugambi. Prosecution must continue. Chacha Mwita can keep his ruling.
