“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” Well, this is the question that Singer Akothee is out to answer and she is doing it in a manner many of us can’t and have been unable to.

Judging her by her social media activities, Akothee paints the picture of a proud personality who will do anything to make herself happy at the expense of others.

A closer look into her life will however reveal to you that she is a kind being who is ready to sacrifice a lot just to put a smile on the faces of the less fortunate in the society just as she is doing with her foundation named the Akothee Foundation.

In August, Akothee launched her foundation in Turkana. This is after previous visits to the area in a bid to feed the starving residents.

The self declared President of Single mothers has committed herself to taking care of the people of Turkana and other Kenyans who can hardly afford a plate of food of their table.

Her noble cause is about to go a notch higher if the latest set of information is anything to go by.

Akothee has announced that she will be setting up rescue centers in Kerio Ward in Turkana County.

The baby daddy hitmaker even shared architectural designs of the proposed centers and urged his fans to save the photo and used them as sources of reference come October 3, 2020 when the whole project is expected to be complete.

“Akothee Foundation centers in kerio ward in Turkana county, Nyar migori wacho gi timo, Akothee sema na kutenda, save this photo and tag me on TBT 2020 this time this date, this platform,” Said Akothee.

The Singer further revealed that the centers will have a borehole (irrigation scheme), School, Cultural center, Hospital, Staff quarters, Dormitory for the elderly, Church and a Canteen.

Akothee’s latest revelations come just days after she held a fundraiser at the Weston hotel in a bid to raise funds to help her in the day to day running of her foundation.

Among those who attended Akothee’s fundraiser were Senate speaker Ekwe Ethuro, Nairobi women rep. Esther Passaris, MP Ole Sankok and Former EACC Chairman PLO Lumumba.

Also Present were corporate entities led by Silverstone Airlnes and Peptang.
