Why Facebook wants to meet singer Juliani this September

If you mention the name Juliani, one would take time and wonder why you’ve even mentioned him because he has been MIA in the music industry .

Juliani, who at one time was one of the most sought after musicians in the country has been doing lesser shows which equate to low income, something that forced him to come up with a creative way to lure clients.

However, this time round, the Kenyan Hip hop gospel musician Juliani is one lucky man. After going through a dry season for a few years, the hip hop artiste has finally landed a grand opportunity. Juliani has been invited by the Facebook inc to New York this September.

Kenyans on Twitter requested the American Embassy to help a brother and hasten his visa process.

Others were quick to congratulate him on this heartfelt throwback on how they met or the songs they remember.

This however is not the first time that Juliani has received International recognition, been an Ambassador or also involving himself with the youth. His first assignment was in 2010 when musician he was unveiled as the NSE Investment Challenge Ambassador, in a campaign aimed at motivating Kenyan youth to take interest in the stock market.

 Juliani in 2016 also signed a partnership with Amiran on poverty eradication and wealth creation. The goal of this partnership was to prove to Kenyans and especially to Kenyan youth, that agribusiness offers a respectable, sustainable and ‘cool’ means of wealth creation and can be practiced even by someone with no prior knowledge or experience in this area, such as Juliani himself.
