Everywhere you look, there are instances of bullying and cyberbullying brought about by frenemies, and even fake friends. These so-called friends are frauds that use other people. They also tend to be one-dimensional and part of cliques.
Celebrated Lifestyle Coach cum media personality Pastor Robert Burale has come out to school Kenyans on how to deal with fake friends who are trying hard to bring them down.
Not only is a friendship with a fake friend unhealthy, but being associated with a fake friend often results in being bullied.
“Stop sharing your plans, your promotion to people without realizing they are the same people who will speak ill about you”
The coach went ahead to say that after feeding people you call your friends with too much information they will try hard to see you fail, adding that it’s wise to keep sensitive information to yourself.
“Be undercover don’t reveal too much information to people wait until your plans mature then come out”.
