It’s by nature that children under the age of fourteen always want to be given. They get provision from parents or guardians and they enjoy a lot when a well-wisher gifts them. However, things are different for the 10-year-old Sheila Sheldone, who loves giving instead of receiving. Thank heavens for her extraordinary talents and gifts that enable her to reach out people and give what she can afford.
She happens to the youngest Kenyan artist who received global recognition in May 2019. Sheila rose to fame in 2018 after painting an excellent portrait of Uhuru Kenyatta and presenting it to state house, Nairobi.
She is a class five student who is using her gift to touch the hearts of the needy by offering food and sanitary towels to women. see leadership, a young girl who is yet an adult providing sanitary towels to women and other adult girls.
Sheila took to social media and expressed immense joy after being able to do some charity work around shauri Yako constituency in Mombasa County. She also launched her foundation #SheilahSheldoneforArtchange
