Angry Kenyans blast Sebastian Migne for leaving Allan Wanga out of AFCON squad

Harambee Stars coach Sebastian Migne has dropped Kenya Premier League top scorer Allan Wanga from the 27-man provisional Harambee Stars squad to camp in France in preparation for 2019 Africa Cup of Nations. Wanga has been dropped alongside AFC Leopards midfielderWyvonne Isuza.

The team will have a 19-day residential training at the French Rugby Federation Marcoussis Cedex before jetting out to Egypt on June 19, 2019, after friendlies with Madagascar and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The decision to drop Allan Wanga, who scored 18 goals in the just concluded Kenya Premier League season has been met with widespread criticism from Kenyans who demand to know the reason behind omitting such a key figure from the squad.
