Third Way Alliance leader Ekuru Aukot has confessed that he will not register for Huduma Namba whatsoever.
Dr. Aukot has said that he sees no point of Huduma Namba since the provision of services is a challenge even before the controversial process.
Ekuru Aukot is now leading the initiative of ‘punguza mzigo’ which he aims at making a law.
His party is also proposing one seven-year term for president compared to the current situation where a president is entitled to a maximum of two terms of five years each.
The initiative comes after 11 months of extensive public participation in 20 of the 47 counties that collected the views and signatures of 1.3 million Kenyans.
During an interview with Milele FM, Aukot added that he will not register with Huduma Namba which was aimed at ‘looting’ public fund.
He is the currently the only opposition leader after long term critic of the government, Raila Odinga. joined Uhuru Kenyatta through Handshake.
