Lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has lamented over Judicial Service Commissions gazettement of some officials delay making some harsh remarks about the Jubilee regime.
For instance he mentioned that it took H.E Uhuru a day to Gazette Macharia’s election to the JSC but then it took a court order and 9 months for Justice Mohamed Warsame to be appointed to the JSC. For this reason he remarked that Kenya is an animal farm where the PIG from central Kenya is superior to the CAMEL from ‘NFD’.

In another example he narrated that justice David Majanja was elected to the JSC in February to represent judges and Magistrates even so he hasn’t been gazetted to date. He further elaborated that in the Animal Farm called Kenya, the CHICKEN from Western is inferior to the PIG from Central Kenya.

His comments however have not been taken well by many who felt he was being tribal.
Totally derogatory especially given the animal choice and its anathema to certain demographics. The case of the delay was a political one and you have chosen to tribalise it. Feeding on prejudice and spreading hate because your candidate lost is just banal

I respect and admire the SC but he needs to be conscious of messages that are laden & can be used to fuel already-existing prejudice. He could have used Cow or sheep given that's the mainstay of Central. But also the blockage was instigated by the majority leader, a Northeastern

Still many agreed that indeed their is prejudice at the JSC making old counsel James Orengo’s wise words replay in some minds over similar remarks.
Some of Orengo’s comments were that, “This govt will eat it’s own people, the camels and chicken who overwhelming voted for it”.
Another one was,”The government will punish you more than it will punish me” for those that supported this Jubilee monster goodluck!
