Miguna Miguna reveals why being part of government is meaningless

Does being part of government by an opposition leader add any value to the country? Well, this must be the question controversial exiled lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has responded to.

Since President Uhuru Kenyatta and his opposition counterpart the ODM leader Raila Odinga entered into a political truce through the famous handshake, Miguna Miguna has never bought their idea.

Instead, the self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement General has been launching a series of attacks on the duo.

Miguna Miguna now argues that Raila’s hand in the government will not add any value.

He now refers to being part of government as meaningless.

According to Miguna Miguna, Oginga Odinga, Tom Mboya and Achieng’ Oneko were part of the first post-independence government but they did nothing.

He argues that Kenyans need to stop impunity and injustice.

According to him, this will not happen merely because Raila gets into government.

“Being part of government is meaningless. Even Oginga Odinga, Tom Mboya and Achieng’ Oneko were part of the first post-independence government. Kenyans need to stop impunity and injustice. That will not happen merely because @RailaOdinga gets into government,” he posted.
