Well, that’s exactly what Manchester United fans are left with- Pain and distress as one of their sensational midfielders bid them bye.
Manchester United had confirmed on Saturday that Ander Herrera is moving out of Old Trafford this summer on a free transfer.

The Spanish international has been playing as a midfielder for the Red Devils and was one of the players United were looking up to.
United fans had shown their frustration amid rumours that were going online about Herrera’s move from Old Trafford. But now it is even more painful as the player has already given his last message to United.

Herrera said, “I know I am not English and I am not from Manchester, but I really love this club,”
βThere is red in my heart, I knew it from the first time I played here. I felt proud when the fans decided I was part of this history. Every time I represented this club, I understood what it means,” he continued.
But the most intriguing six-word statement that won’t leave United fans the same was this, “Thanks for these 5 amazing years.β
Even as he goes, Herrera will be remembered for some of the amazing goals he scored for United.
He helped United win 2017/2018 Europa League title.
