It is a well known fact that Kenyans are very lazy, and you will need to give them something really special to go and queue for long hours just to register for Huduma Namba.

The controversial NIIMS registration program has been hampered by the long queues being witnessed across the registration centers. You see, Kenyans are very busy and Huduma Namba is the least of their priorities.

Pictures shared on social media show very long queues with Kenyans wondering how a digital government cannot find a way to make the process easier.

Those who have registered are also encouraging those without the numbers not to register because there is nothing special. All you get is a meaningless paper after registration.

Unfounded allegations from Nakuru county claim that chiefs and Huduma agents are demanding for bribes before registering Kenyans.

Alafu pia reports that the whole Huduma system had been hacked by a UoN student who went ahead to delete all files have not been received well.

Of course Matiang’i has refuted these claims but still, a lot needs to be done to get people to register.
