Flamboyant City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has come out tarnishing the Kenyans on Twitter who are advocating for a decent burial for Mau Mau freedom fighter Late Dedan Kimathi.
Kipkorir took to her twitter account saying that there was no need to advocate for Kimathi’s decent burial since he never fought for Kenyas independence as a matter of fact Kenya was gifted indepence by the British.
He further added saying that people should just let his bones settle in Situ peacefully.
” Running #ADecentBurial4Kimathi is a false narrative. Dedan Kimathi didn’t fight for independence for Kenyans; It’s one of the most False Chapters in our History. Let his bones rest in situ. Kenya didn’t have a Independence movement like ANC. Kenya was gifted Independence. “
Before his execution, Kimathi had been on the run for almost four years after the colonial government launched a manhunt for him in 1952 for engaging in “subversive activities”.
