Team Kieleweke has failed to fix Hon Musalia Mudavadi’s marriage instead they have hit a dead end by canceling their much anticipated rally.
The much publicized political rally was to be held in Kakamega but was called off at the last minute.
According to close sources Team Kieleweke called it off because Hon Musalia Mudavadi pulled out.
The rally had been organised by the ‘Kieleweke’ team, which comprises leaders supporting the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga, and opposed to the ‘Tanga Tanga’ team, which backs Deputy President William Ruto’s 2022 presidential quest.
How did they fail to fix Hon Mudavadi’s marriage?
Among the rally’s agenda was to call for a truce between ANC leadership and embattled Nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi, who faces suspension from the party.
Osotsi and Hon Musalia Mudavadi don’t see eye to eye after he was kicked out.
But Kieleweke which COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has a say, wants Hon Musalia to forgive the nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi to save his ouster.
On Thursday morning, Osotsi, accompanied by Malala, held a media briefing where he said he would not appeal the High Court ruling that stayed the decision by ANC to dethrone him of the party’s secretary general position.
