Angry Ole Gunnar Demands Man Utd Players Report For Debrief

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has informed his Manchester United players that they must report for a debrief once the season is over, a report claims.

It was recently claimed that Ed Woodward met with Solskjaer and his assistant Mike Phelan at Carrington to dissect the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City – a seventh defeat in nine games in all competitions – and a 1-1 draw with Chelsea followed.

With a top-four finish now in jeopardy, executive vice-chairman Woodward called a meeting to address the clubs’s “deepening problems” with Woodward concerned that United’s XI was leaked by the media in the run up to the Old Trafford clash.

United face relegated Huddersfield Town on Sunday with a home game against Cardiff City to close out the season, but they are relying on the results of teams above them if they are to qualify for the top four.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, United’s players would normally jet off for their summer holidays the day after the last game of the season, but Solskjaer has other plans.

The Norwegian reportedly wants every play to report to the club’s Carrington training ground to discuss their poor end to the season and has apparently already made a decision on which players should stay and those who won’t.

In addition, Solskjaer is understood to be desperate raise standards throughout the club, starting with the debrief.
