The moral fabric in our country is arguably on its death bed if the current trend in the society is anything to go by.
Nowadays, sex is being treated so casually; you can easily compare it to a handshake.
Someone actually joked that one stands a better chance to land a sex date than a coffee date.
How true can that really be?
Well, with irresponsible sex comes sexually transmitted infections (STI).
Campus students have shared some horrifying stories of how the killer disease is being transmitted among clueless victims with some in revenge mission.
Some ‘monsters’ in campus have actually reaching to a point where you they don’t mind infecting others with HIV.
I wouldn’t say much but have a look at these screenshots shared on twitter by @gene_muriuki:
As someone once said, “Life is so fragile. You can easily loose it. Settle with one person and think long term. build something special with one person. sex is not everything “
A twitter user @Mchecheto2 says, “Many young KE have the virus so much that I fear talking about it with anybody. Those born around 1990s onwards na HIV+ parents r using septrin & they’re spreading it like wildfire. Watu positive hawana number plate, vaa gumboots.”
Another adds, “It’s so sad & unfortunate, but our LUST – pornography of the mind & adultery of the heart, plays a bigger role. ‘Some people are in such utter darkness that they’ll burn you just to see a light. Try not to take it personally.’ “
