For sometime now, the Kenyan media has been accused of being biased especially in the manner it covers a number of Key stories and events that affect the Kenyan people.
Many Kenyans have complained but none has ever been so brutally honest like Dr. Miguna Miguna has been today.
According to Miguna, A compromised media is an enemy of freedom. The Self proclaimed NRM General has said that Kenya has no independent professional media.
He has called out the Nation Media Group, The Standard, Mediamax and Royal Media who he has accused of serving despots.
Miguna has said that Instead of providing the public with unvarnished facts, credible evidence and critical opinions, leading media houses have been turned to promoters of injustice.
He has also pointed out that as much as Kenya has individual journalists of repute, they too work for and serve the interests of cartels.
The General is now calling on Patriots in Kenya and abroad should use any means necessary to mobilize for a revolution.
“Meet your family members, neighbours, workmates, schoolmates and strangers. If you can’t meet them, use all available means to reach everyone you can reach. Mobilise 24/7,” Said Miguna.
“The so-called mainstream media are owned and controlled by the same elite who steal elections, loot national resources, torture and murder, patriots must use ALTERNATIVE MEDIA. Anyone who ignores the power of the social media is a fool. Use the social media to mobilise!” He added.
