Naivasha residents were left in shock after a woman committed suicide in after an argument with her husband over unknown reasons in Moi Ndabi area.
The body of the mother of two was found hanging in her bedroom by the husband who informed members of the public before police moved in to collect the body.
This brought to three the number of people who have committed suicide around Naivasha in the last one week with experts pointing at depression for the cases.
Two men committed suicide in Karagita and Kinungi estate within the week with witnesses pointing to family disputes for the deaths.
In the latest case, the woman was involved in a heated argument with the husband who stormed out only to return two hours later to find her dead.
A neighbor Martin Kibe said that it was not clear what the couple had argued about adding that the man had refused to open up about the issue.
He said
We heard an argument and the man stormed out with the woman still screaming at him and two hours later we were shocked to be informed that she had committed suicide.
