How Samburu Governor Lenolkulal used Own NGO To Siphon County Funds

Allegation reports of how Samburu county governor Moses Kasaine Lenolkulal used His own NGO To Siphon Samburu County Funds from World Food Programe have emerged.

From the onset of devolution, World Food Program (WFP) is said to have been paying Ramati, an Non-governmental Organization (NGO) owned by Samburu Governor Mr. Kasaine to distribute relief food at a rate of Ksh. 20,000 per metric tonne.

Annually, Samburu County received on average 5,000 tonnes from WFP.
Point of importance here, is that without knowing, WFP was paying for both distributions, relief donated by WFP as well as relief donated by the County Government Of Samburu.

Again; for every tonne of food donated by the County Government of Samburu, Ramati billed both the County Government and the World Food Program simultaneously at a rate of 20,000 per metric tone.

WFP was duped that they were helping offset the cost of distribution of food donated by the county government. In reality, a double payment to Ramati was scandalously achieved in every distribution! My God!

The Governor is still the principal signatory to all Ramati accounts. All proceeds to Ramati will later be moved to the Governor’s private accounts.
