Miguna attacks Uhuru, Raila as he prefers life imprisonment for the late Jonathan Moi

Exiled Lawyer Miguna Miguna is not mourning the death of the former President Daniel Moi’s son; Jonathan Moi.

Miguna Miguna instead has attacked President Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila Odinga for their kind and generous words for the late Jonathan Moi.

But why is Miguna not mourning Moi’s eldest son’s death?

Lawyer Miguna Miguna has based his argument of not mourning Jonathan Moi on the murder case which Moi’s son was alleged linked to.

Jonathan Moi was accused of being involved in the disappearance and death of Julia Ward in 1988.

Ward went missing while on holiday at Masai Mara National Game Reserve.

The family of Julia Ward has been seeking justice for the last 31 years with nothing fruitful coming out of that.

It alleged that Jonathan Moi who is linked to her murder has been receiving state protection from the government which has shielded him from facing the music.

Though the allegations have not been proven in a court of law, Miguna Miguna refuses to mourn Jonathan Moi and instead thinks that he should have been charged and given a life sentence.

Do you think Miguna Miguna accusations are justified?
