The leader of National Resistance Movement Lawyer Miguna Miguna has attacked President Kenyatta over the many government promises that are yet to be implemented to date.
According to Miguna, President Kenyatta should explain to Kenyans the progress of the ghost projects that are yet to be implented before implementing the housing levy.
While taking to his social media Miguna posed a tough question to the president asking, “Uhuru Kenyatta: Where did the VW vehicles for senior public officers go? Where are the TRILLIONS we paid for e-government, school lap-tops, village electrification, fake submarines and digital passport and public housing since 1963? Kenyans must rise up and #ResistHousingFundLevy”
Miguna’s statement comes a when the housing levy debate is on the top notch with Kenyans furiously reacting to the government demand to have the 1.5 percent deducted from the salary.
