Paul Pogba Asked About Real Madrid After Barcelona Loss – Man Utd Fans Will Love His Reply

The French midfielder had a solid game for the hosts, as Luis Suarez’s goal was all that separated the two sides at Old Trafford.

After the game, Pogba was giving interviews in the mixed zone and was asked about playing for Real Madrid, and United fans will love his answer.

A reporter from El Chiringuito TV asked: “Would you like to play in the Classico against Barca?”

Pogba’s response was perfect, as he appeared to brush off any lingering speculation.

“Yes, when we play in the Champions League it’s always nice to play against Barca, it’s a dream for anyone,” he said.

He was then asked a more direct question about his rumoured move to Madrid, but refused to talk.

“I won’t answer that,” he said. “I will only speak about the game, nothing else.”

Pogba’s future is currently uncertain, after the World Cup winner declared that he would love to play for Real Madrid in the future.

Whilst away on international duty, he hinted that while he was happy at United, he wanted the move to the Bernabeu at some point in his career.

“At the moment I’m happy in Manchester,” he said. “I play, there’s a new coach.

“Real Madrid is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I’ve always said it is a dream club for every player.”

Former United midfielder Jesper Olsen believes that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to cash in on the midfielder, and they should not try to keep the star if he wants to go.

“I think in the old days [Sir Alex] Ferguson was the same,” he told Omnisport.

“If you don’t want to play for the club then don’t stay. And I think that’s the case too with Pogba.

“Of course you would continue without him but it would be great to see him stay as well, because he is an important part of the team.”
